At loveforevers, we want you to shop with confidence. This Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made from our website. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

1. Return Window

You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

2. Eligible Countries / Regions

We accept returns from the following 14 countries/regions:

⚠️ If you are located outside these countries, please contact our customer service before making a purchase, as returns may not be available.

3. Condition of Returned Items

We accept returns of both defective and non‑defective (unwanted) products, provided they meet the following condition:

  • Items must be new or gently used (e.g., tried on but still in good condition).
  • Items must be free from excessive wear, stains, or damage caused by the customer.
  • Original packaging, tags, and accessories should be included where applicable.

We do not accept items that are heavily used, altered, or damaged after delivery (unless the damage was present upon arrival).

4. Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please return the original item for a refund (following the process below) and place a new order separately.

5. How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at loveforevers_2026@foxmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return.
  2. You will receive a return instruction email. We do not provide prepaid return labels – you are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping.
  3. Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging (if possible) and ship to the address provided in our return instruction email.
  4. Keep your shipping receipt and tracking number. We are not responsible for lost return packages.
📦 Important: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Original outbound shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or our error.

6. Restocking Fee

No restocking fee – you will receive a full refund of the product price (excluding original shipping costs, unless the return is due to a defect or our error).

7. Refund Processing Time

Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund within 7 days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Please note:

  • Your bank or payment provider may take an additional 3–10 business days to display the refund in your account.
  • If the return is lost in transit due to untracked shipping, or if the returned item does not meet our condition guidelines (e.g., excessive use), we may not be able to approve the refund.

8. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is defective, damaged in transit, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will provide a prepaid return label and cover the return shipping costs. After verification, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund (including original shipping fees).
